Cookies and analytics at e-soundtrax
Purpose and choice
With your permission, e-soundtrax relates visits and license choices to completed orders so we can understand conversion and improve the purchase experience. We do not use this measurement for personalized advertising. Refusing it does not change prices, eligibility, access, purchases or downloads. Closing or ignoring the notice does not mean acceptance.
Information used
We use a random browser preference and random visit identifier, page category, track/product references, approximate screen category and general traffic source such as YouTube when known. After sign-in and purchase, this optional journey may be linked to the order. It is pseudonymous information, not fully anonymous. This collector does not store names, emails, IPs, full URLs, searches, payment credentials or a browser fingerprint. Events are not sent to a third-party analytics service.
Storage and duration
An encrypted first-party cookie, est_optional_analytics, remembers accept or refuse for up to 180 days. Only after permission, sessionStorage key est.optional.visit keeps a random visit identifier and coarse attribution for this tab for up to 24 hours. Reports use up to 90 days of observations; daily maintenance removes older events and expired preferences. The est_optional_analytics_off cookie is a refusal-only bit with no identifier. The local est.optional.refusal key remembers only a refusal or pending withdrawal.
Changing your mind
You can change your choice at any time from Cookie preferences. When analytics is withdrawn, collection stops and active optional events linked to that preference are deleted. Refusing analytics does not delete orders, licenses, certificates or necessary security records.
Necessary services
Sign-in, session security, language, purchases, licenses and downloads use technical data required to provide the service. PayPal and Google sign-in have their own purposes and policies. The Analytics selector controls only our optional usage and conversion measurement.

e-soundtrax is responsible for this optional measurement. The privacy policy and contact links provide controller details and ways to make privacy requests. The preference applies to this browser; another device needs its own choice. This collector respects browser do-not-track signals.
